The 14K Solid Gold Crucifix Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on the date the website launches and continues until the revenue goal of $50,000 (fifty thousand US dollars) is reached through paid entries, equivalent to 5,000 paid entries at $10 each. The drawing will take place only after this threshold has been met. If the threshold is not reached, the Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Giveaway period, reduce the threshold, or cancel the Giveaway and issue refunds at their sole discretion.
Method 1 — Paid Entry ($10): Visit the Giveaway website and click the "Enter Now" button. Complete the entry form with your full name and email address, then complete the $10 payment through our secure Stripe checkout. Upon successful payment, your entry will be automatically confirmed and you will receive an email receipt.
Method 2 — Free Entry (AMOE): Visit the Giveaway website and click the "Free Entry" link. Complete the Alternative Method of Entry form with your full name, email address, and agreement to these Official Rules. Free entries receive the exact same odds of winning as paid entries. There is no difference in treatment between paid and free entries.
Method 3 — Mail-In Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, email address, and the words "14K Gold Crucifix Giveaway Entry" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:Jordan Atwood, 109 Sandhill Rd #5, Fairfax, VT. Mail-in entries must be postmarked before the Giveaway closes and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning as all other entries.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. The total number of entries (paid and free combined) is limited to 5,000.
The drawing will be conducted only after the $50,000 revenue goal is reached. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all confirmed entries (both paid and free) using a computerized random selection method. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each confirmed entry has an equal chance of being selected.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 14K Solid Gold Crucifix pendant, purchased on November 17, 2024 from Malidani Jewelry, located at 1200 6th Avenue, New York, NY 10036. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $650.00 USD. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no additional cost within the continental United States. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
10% of all proceeds collected from paid entries will be donated to charitable causes supporting people in need. This donation will be made after the Giveaway concludes and the winner has been selected.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures of any kind.
Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Paid entries are non-refundable once confirmed, except in the event that the Giveaway is cancelled before the drawing takes place, in which case full refunds will be issued to all paid entrants.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Vermont and the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
